Dog Of The Week

Meet Nova, Our Dog Of The Week.

Nova is a 7-month-old puppy who should be spending her days discovering the world from the comfort of a loving home. Instead, she came to us at just 3 months old after living in less-than-ideal conditions, and she's been waiting ever since for a family to call her own.

Despite her rough start, Nova hasn't let her past dim her bright spirit. She is a playful, energetic girl who absolutely loves attention and is always ready for fun. Whether she's playing with her favorite people or zooming around the yard, Nova has a way of bringing joy wherever she goes.

What makes it even harder is that Nova has now spent more than half of her young life in a shelter. While other puppies have grown up in homes, learning what it means to be part of a family, Nova is still waiting for someone to choose her.

Nova can be selective with other dogs, which means she gets along wonderfully with some but not all. When she finds a dog she likes, she forms strong friendships and loves having a playmate by her side. Because of this, we require a meet-and-greet with any resident dogs before adoption. We are unsure how Nova feels about cats, but we would be happy to cat test her for interested adopters.

As our Dog of the Week, Nova's adoption fee is 10% off this week only!

Nova has spent four months waiting for the forever home she deserves. She has grown up in our care, and while we love her dearly, what she really needs is a family of her own—a place where she can finally put her past behind her and start the happy life every puppy deserves.

Could you be the one to show Nova that her wait was worth it?
